Exchange and return of goods

Exchange of goods for another size:

If the product you ordered is too big, small or the cut simply doesn't fit you - nothing happens! We will gladly exchange it for you. The goods must not be worn or washed. Fill out the Complaint Form here and send the product with the invoice or a copy of the invoice to the address indicated in the form as the addressee for returning the goods. Goods reclaim:

 

If the goods you ordered do not fit you or you are not satisfied with them, you can return them within 30 days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason. The goods must not be worn or washed. Fill in the Form for withdrawing from the contract here and send the product with the invoice or a copy of the invoice to the address indicated in the form as the addressee for returning the goods.
